The most expensive Yu-Gi-Oh! cards right now
The three highest values in the Yu-Gi-Oh! catalog, at Cardmarket trend price. Recorded daily.
Values recorded on 30 September 2026. The figure shown is the Cardmarket trend price — the smoothed average of recent sales, steadier than the day's lowest listing, which a single underpriced offer would be enough to distort. Sealed products are excluded: only cards in the Luma catalog are ranked.
Yu-Gi-Oh! on Luma
Yu-Gi-Oh! has been with collectors since 1999 and ranks among the most played TCGs in the world. Its rarity system — Ultra, Secret, Ghost, Starlight — creates enormous value gaps within a single expansion, for card text that is otherwise identical.
Luma tracks the Yu-Gi-Oh! catalog by each card's code (LOB-EN001, SJC-EN001…), its set and its rarity. That code is what identifies a card unambiguously, since two printings of the same monster can be worth a thousandfold less one than the other.
Values come from the Cardmarket price guide, recorded daily. Tournament promos and Championship series cards, printed in very small numbers, are in the catalog alongside booster cards.

Frequently asked questions about Yu-Gi-Oh!
How do I value my Yu-Gi-Oh! collection?
Search for the card by name or number: Luma finds its rarity, adds it to your collection and totals today's values. Rarity is what sets the price in Yu-Gi-Oh!, so it is what tells two copies of the same card apart. Photo scanning is also available for Yu-Gi-Oh!.
What makes a Yu-Gi-Oh! card valuable?
Rarity first, then the set, then condition. A first edition Secret Rare bears no comparison to the same card as a Common reprinted ten years later, even though the printed text is the same.
Are first edition cards worth more?
Often yes, particularly on older expansions where the first edition print run was limited. The marking sits below the artwork; Luma accounts for it wherever two distinct printings exist in the catalog.
Are my old Yu-Gi-Oh! cards worth anything?
Some are. Secret Rares from the early series and tournament promos reach high figures, but the vast majority of booster cards are worth pennies. The simplest approach is to enter the lot by search: sorting and pricing happen on their own.
