Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 10, 2026

S4F LLC, publisher of the Luma TCG app and website (“the Service”), enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”), as well as any Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”).

This page describes our standards and prevention measures, in accordance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. Dedicated contact: contact@lumatcg.com.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service, without exception:

  • •Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, drawn, generated, or altered.
  • •The solicitation, connection, or grooming of a minor for sexual purposes.
  • •Sextortion, sexual blackmail, or the non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
  • •Promoting, normalizing, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children.
  • •Any attempt to use the Service’s messaging, marketplace, posts, or photos to distribute such content.

Minimum age requirement

The Service is restricted to people aged at least 13 (or the higher minimum legal age applicable in your country). We do not knowingly collect data about children under this age and do not allow them to register.

Prevention and moderation

We put measures in place to prevent and detect abuse:

  • •In-app reporting tools available on profiles, listings, messages, posts, and comments.
  • •User blocking to cut off any unwanted contact and interaction.
  • •The ability to delete your account and data at any time.
  • •Removal of reported content and suspension or closure of infringing accounts.
  • •Cooperation with the competent authorities in the context of legal investigations.

Reporting a child safety concern

If you encounter content or conduct that endangers a minor, report it immediately via the app’s reporting tools, or email us at contact@lumatcg.com with “Child safety” in the subject line.

We review these reports as a priority and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

Handling and reporting to authorities

When we identify CSAM or a credible threat to a minor, we remove the content, take action against the account involved, and make the required reports to the competent authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and, where applicable, regional and national authorities.

We comply with all applicable child safety and reporting laws.
