Pokémon card value and prices
Track what your Pokémon cards are worth at European market price. Luma recognizes them from a photo, from Base Set to the latest expansions, in English, French and Japanese — and keeps your collection's value up to date.
The most expensive Pokémon cards right now
The three highest values in the Pokémon catalog, at Cardmarket trend price. Recorded daily.
Values recorded on 30 September 2026. The figure shown is the Cardmarket trend price — the smoothed average of recent sales, steadier than the day's lowest listing, which a single underpriced offer would be enough to distort. Sealed products are excluded: only cards in the Luma catalog are ranked.
Pokémon on Luma
The Pokémon Trading Card Game has been running since 1996 and remains, thirty years on, the most collected TCG in the world. Its expansions number in the hundreds, its cards in the tens of thousands, and the same card can exist in English, French and Japanese with values that bear no relation to one another.
Luma tracks the Pokémon catalog in all three languages, from Base Set to the most recent releases. Every printing carries its collector number, its set and its rarity — enough to tell apart two cards of the same name whose values have nothing in common.
Values come from the Cardmarket price guide, Europe's reference marketplace, recorded once a day. Scan a card and Luma identifies it and shows its price; scan a whole binder and you get what your collection is worth.

Frequently asked questions about Pokémon
How do I value my Pokémon collection?
Scan your cards with your phone camera: Luma recognizes each one, adds it to your collection and totals today's values. You can also add cards by hand, by name or number. The total then updates on its own as the market moves.
Does Luma recognize Japanese Pokémon cards?
Yes. Japanese printings are in the catalog alongside English and French ones, with their own values — often very different, since Japanese promos are among the most expensive Pokémon cards on the market.
Are all old Pokémon cards valuable?
No. Age alone does not create value: a Base Set common is worth pennies, while a holographic from the same set in good condition is worth several hundred euros. Rarity, condition and print run decide, not the date.
Should I get my Pokémon cards graded?
Only for cards that are already valuable and in excellent condition: grading costs money, takes weeks, and a middling grade can lower the value rather than raise it. The values shown in Luma refer to ungraded copies.
