Terms of Service

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Luma TCG app and website, published by S4F LLC. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •post illegal, misleading, or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• •use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to deceive other users;
• •extract, copy, or resell the Service’s data through unauthorized automated means;
• •disrupt or compromise the security and proper functioning of the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, messages, stories, photos, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display this content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Marketplace and trades

Luma TCG is not a party to transactions between users. We provide a space to connect; trades, sales, and any payments are the sole responsibility of the users involved. We do not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or delivery of traded cards.

Value estimates

Displayed prices and value estimates are provided for guidance only, based on third-party market data. They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of resale price. Your buying, selling, or investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

Luma Pro subscription

The Service offers a paid “Luma Pro” subscription, purchased either as an in-app purchase on iOS and Android, or by card on the web app. For in-app purchases, billing, automatic renewal, and refunds are handled by the store (Google Play or App Store) under its own terms, and the subscription is managed or cancelled from your store account. For a web subscription, billing is carried out on our behalf by Stripe Payments Europe via RevenueCat; the subscription is managed and cancelled from Settings → Subscription inside Luma, and refund requests are addressed to us directly. In both cases the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Third-party trademarks

Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, Riftbound, Cyberpunk, and the other games and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners. Luma TCG is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these owners. Card names and images are used for identification and cataloging purposes.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of being error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, S4F LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time via our account-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. In the event of a material change, we will notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
